TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STERLING PATH MEDIA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
